I just wanted to say that I bought your Vinocchio sausage on Saturday, and made an amazing pasta dish with it. I browned it in some onions and garlic, then wilted swiss chard over the top, added a can of white beans, some sage leaves and red hot pepper, and let it simmer. I added it to some rotini pasta, and it was the best pasta dish I’ve had in a long time…and I’m Italian!
Thanks for the feedback and we are glad you enjoyed the Vinocchio…it seems to go really well with beans and greens.
